With over 23 years of experience in wealth management, Chris founded Rx Wealth Advisors to guide successful professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and high net worth individuals and their families in making confident, informed financial decisions in an ever-evolving economic environment. By leveraging high-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Chris helps clients—ranging from physicians and attorneys to entrepreneurs and multi-generational families—navigate complex financial challenges and build lasting legacies.

Chris began his career at Ernst & Young and a prominent regional CPA firm in Pittsburgh, where he specialized in business and personal income tax planning, gift and estate tax strategies, and comprehensive financial planning. He later spent more than 17 years at Waldron Private Wealth, advising high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients on intricate wealth management issues, including multigenerational wealth transfers and strategic financial planning for affluent professionals and families.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation, Chris brings deep technical expertise and a strategic, client-focused approach to every engagement.  A recognized industry leader, he is a 10-time recipient of the prestigious Five Star Wealth Manager Award and a sought-after thought leader.  His insights have been featured in leading publications, such as, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Barron’s, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Medical Economics, and Financial Advisor Magazine, and he frequently speaks at industry conferences to share his expertise.

Chris holds a B.A. in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College and an M.S. in Taxation from Duquesne University.

In addition to his professional achievements, Chris is committed to giving back to the community. He currently serves on the boards of directors of The Bradley Center, a residential mental health treatment facility for children; Healthways, Inc., and Washington County Habitat for Humanity.
